Payments

All orders are invoiced and charged to a credit card on the date the product is shipped.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal.

A credit card may be preauthorized with or without estimated shipping and/or taxes as applicable, though the final amount is charged at the time of shipment.

Customers with terms of credit may pay according to their agreement. Payment terms may be approved upon receipt of a completed credit application. Applications may be requested via email: info@ultradt.com

Invoices more than 30 days overdue will incur a 1.5% finance charge every 30 days and any new orders will need to be prepaid until your account is current. Invoices over 90 days past due may be sent to a collection agency.

All customers are responsible for their own customer collections. There are no exceptions to the terms. Payment is due on or prior to the due date provided.
