Shipping

How soon will my order ship?

PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are typically processed and shipped by the next business day. Any exceptions will be communicated to the customer.

SHIPPING METHOD:
UDT ships via FedEx, Spee-Dee Delivery, or LTL Freight. UDT will provide delivery schedules upon request. Customers may request and pay for expedited shipping via FedEx Express. UDT does not guarantee delivery times.

BACKORDERS:
UDT maintains a stock of sundries for its customers' convenience. UDT does not guarantee that all sundries will be in stock. If an item is out of stock, UDT will contact the customer, hold the order until the item arrives, and ship the entire order together. Customers may also elect to ship backordered items separately and pay all related shipping costs for each order. Customers will have the opportunity to amend orders accordingly.
